We are an immigration law firm headquartered in West Covina, California. We practice both U.S. and Canadian Immigration Law, as, in addition to being a licensed U.S. attorney, Attorney Kelly Giles is also a licensed Canadian immigration consultant, of which there are currently only a small number currently practicing in the U.S.

Main Practice area: Employment-based Immigration

Our practice is focused primarily on employment-based immigration for foreign professionals who seek temporary work visas or permanent residence in the United States or Canada, as well as on those seeking investment-based immigration to Canada, (as Attorney Kelly Giles is also a licensed HSBC agent), and on family-based immigration for relatives of U.S. Citizens, however our practice encompasses all aspects of both U.S. and Canadian immigration law.  

Founder: Immigration Attorney Kelly Giles

Attorney Kelly Giles, the firm's founder, grew up in Victoria, Canada, graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1989, and was admitted to the California Bar later that same year.  He has been practicing immigration law for over 20 years now, representing clients from all over the world.

Immigration Attorney Kelly Giles is both a licensed U.S. attorney and a licensed Canadian immigration consultant, as well as being a licensed HSBC agent.
He is a member in good standing of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association, the California Bar, the Ninth Circuit and Central District of California Bars, the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association as well as the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
